The Japanese word for "grill" is Yaki. With spring right around the corner we want to bring a fun and casual grilling experience to the Lowry Hill area. This is why we're having a Yaki Pop-up at Lowry Hill Meats (on the corner of Franklin and Hennepin).
We'll be outside with our Konro grill and using pok pok charcoal making chicken, beef and Hmong sausage skewers. With a combination of Mama Vang's Hot Sauce and our Tiger Bite Pepper Sauce. This will all come with a side of purple sticky rice and our S&S cucumbers!
We're there's sizzle and smoke there's great food to be had!
