Copy of Thursday Night Pop-Up @ Cook St. Paul

For the month of March on Thursday evenings we've found a home at Cook St. Paul for our weekly pop-up. We had a great time and that's why we're extending it through the month of April also!

Every Thursday Night form 5pm-9pm we'll be open at Cook with weekly changing menu (a few of the fan favorites will be on there). We're working with local shops and producers to best represent the landscape of MN.

We're always asked "what is Hmong food"...and at Union Kitchen we firmly believe that Hmong food is not a type of food but it is a philosophy of food. To better understand that statement we always say "Think about it as a painting...the paint is Hmong techniques and flavors and the canvas is mid west produce and product. We're using our paint on the canvas that's been given to us".

Come join us every Thursday Night at Cook St. Paul! Bring your families, friends, neighbors, work friends, be you kinda don't like (because everyone's got to eat), school friends, Facebook friends, and anyone else you want!
