Culinary Series: Tiger Bite: Old Methods in a New Land

In every Hmong meal there are FOUR main elements on the table; Rice, Protein (usually some kind of meat), Broth (or some kind of veggie in the broth) and the most important part of the meal Pepper Sauce. Any true Hmong meal is not complete unless theirs a hot sauce as part of that meal.
